Our services are provided from Chiang Mai, Thailand. Thai personal data law โ including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) โ applies to our operations. We collect personal information only when it is necessary to provide our services or operate our website. This includes:

We process your data on the following legal grounds: (a) your consent, given when you submit an enquiry form; (b) the performance of a service contract you have entered into with us; and (c) our legitimate interest in maintaining service quality and responding to inbound correspondence. Enquiry data from prospective clients who do not proceed to a service is retained for six months from the last communication, then deleted. Data relating to active or past service arrangements is retained for three years after the end of the engagement, in accordance with standard Thai commercial record-keeping expectations. Technical website logs are retained for 90 days.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With landlords or property contacts, but only the information strictly necessary to arrange a viewing or discuss a tenancy โ and only with your knowledge
- With maintenance or cleaning contractors during a caretaking engagement, limited to property address and relevant scheduling details
- With analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that collect aggregated, anonymised website usage data
- Where required by Thai law or a lawful order from a competent authority
6. Data Protection Measures
Client correspondence is stored in access-controlled systems. We use HTTPS on all web communications. Internal access to client files is limited to team members with a direct role in your service arrangement. We review our data handling practices regularly and take reasonable technical and organisational steps to guard against unauthorised access or disclosure.
