How long does the Home Discovery process take?

Typically two to four weeks from our first conversation to signing a lease — though this depends on your timeline and flexibility. We prefer to move at a pace that feels considered rather than rushed. If you have a fixed arrival date, let us know and we will work around it.

Are the Countryside Rental properties fully furnished?

Yes — properties in our short-term rental portfolio come furnished with the practical essentials. We share clear photos and notes on each home before any viewing so you have a realistic picture of what to expect.

Can I combine the Caretaking service with a rental found through Copperleaf?

Absolutely. Many of our tenants who find a home through the Home Discovery service choose to add monthly caretaking — particularly if they travel frequently or spend part of the year outside Thailand. It works seamlessly because we are already familiar with the property and the landlord.

Do I need to speak Thai to use your services?

Not at all. We work in English and handle Thai-language communication with landlords and maintenance contacts on your behalf. Our lease support includes translation and explanation of key terms so you feel informed throughout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers in Thai Baht. For international clients, we can also arrange transfers through Wise or similar services. Details are confirmed at the time of booking.
