Every Copperleaf service begins with a conversation. We do not send lists of properties before we understand what someone actually needs. That first exchange â about preferred areas, budget, lifestyle, length of stay â shapes everything that follows.
Once we have a clear picture, we move through our process at a pace that works for you. We present a relevant selection, accompany viewings, handle negotiation and lease matters, and remain available after keys are exchanged. No step is rushed, and we follow up consistently.

Countryside Home Discovery

A consultative search for tenants planning to rent for six months or longer in Chiang Mai's outer districts â Hang Dong, San Kamphaeng, Mae Rim, or similar areas. We begin with a wide-ranging conversation about your ideal living environment: garden space, distance to town, pet friendliness, community feel, and budget.
A tailored selection of properties is then assembled, each with notes on its character and practical considerations. Viewings are relaxed and unhurried. Lease support is included in the fee â no additional charge for translation or negotiation.
Country Home Caretaking

Monthly oversight for renters in semi-rural properties who appreciate regular attention to their home. This service covers garden check-ins, pest monitoring, structural condition walks, coordination of cleaning and maintenance, and liaison with landlords when issues arise.
A photo report is shared each month. Particularly useful during travel or seasonal absences when a physical presence is needed to keep things in good order without placing that responsibility on the landlord.
